Congratulations to the 2024-2025 Cargill-GRS Leadership Academy!

On May 2, 2025, students who completed Globe 4930, GRS-Cargill Leadership Academy, celebrated an academic year of leadership development and learning with their final class. To complete the leadership academy, third and fourth year GRS students must first apply to and be selected to participate. In the academy, students spend an academic year learning about leadership from intra- and interpersonal perspectives, as well as at the team and organizational levels. Students practice leadership skills throughout the course of the year and have a special unit focused on innovation and leadership, supported by the 2024-2025 CALS Innovation and Entrepreneurship Faculty Fellowship Program. At the final class, students presented their final class project and received certificates recognizing their completion of the Academy. Congratulations to the 2024-2025 GRS-Cargill Leadership Academy students!
