She shared that one of her proudest achievements at Iowa State University was presenting at the fourth International Symposium of Fire Blight on Rosaceous Plants, where she earned second place in the graduate student oral competition.
Emma expressed deep appreciation for the support she has received at Iowa State, which has opened doors to meaningful leadership and research opportunities and helped prepare her for her future career.
