GRS student in Cardinal Court Top 10

October 11

Kayla Kaalberg, senior in Global Resource Systems, has been announced as one of the Cardinal Court Top 10!  The two winners (from the Top 10) will be selected at the Friday night pep rally event of Homecoming weekend at the Alumni Center.

The Cardinal Court Scholarship is a high honor that awards and recognizes students who have had high academic achievement, leadership on campus, service to the community, great character and an appreciation and commitment to Iowa State University.

Applicants must have an ISU cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher, a minimum of 90 Iowa State credits, and plans to graduate in December 2019 or May 2020. Applicants will be judged on their character, outstanding achievement in academics, dedication to the University and the city of Ames, and two short essay questions.  The silent auction that the Homecoming students hold during Homecoming each year helps fund the scholarships for the two winners.

Congratulations and good luck, Kayla!
