GRS students meet Amb. Quinn, Discuss “Vietnam 50 Years Later”

On March 31, GRS students attended the ISU lecture “Vietnam 50 Years Later: Insurgency, Genocide, Dissent & Peace Through Agriculture.” delivered by Ambassador Kenneth M. Quinn.

Amb. Quinn, served as United States Ambassador to Cambodia and had a 32-year career in the US Foreign Service. He served as the President of the World Food Prize Foundation for 20 years, from January 2000 to December 2019.

GRS students had the opportunity meet and discuss topics of diplomacy, humanitarianism and agriculture and food security with Amb. Quinn following the lecture.
