Global Engagement
Involved in USAID research projects as a collaborator: 1) Enhancing nutritional value and marketability of beans through research, and strengthening key value chain stakeholders in Uganda and Rawanda (Dry Grain Pulse Collaborative Research Support Program), 2)  ENAM in Africa: Enhancing child nutrition through animal source food management (Global Livestock Collaborative Research Support Program).  Holding adjunct/visiting faculty positions at Lovely Professional University, India and Shangai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shangai. Taught India study abroad (Food, Health and Nutrition Issues in India: service/experiential learning), as a 4 credit course for many years.  Trained many international scholars/students from various countries (Vietnam, India, Egypt, Ghana, Peru, and China).
