Johnpaul Agaba is a Ugandan lawyer and visiting Fulbright scholar at the College of Saint Rose and Regis College, teaching global health. He has experience working with USAID programs on HIV/AIDS and gender issues. Additionally, he is a founding member and team leader of Refugee Advocacy for Development, a nonprofit providing legal advocacy for forced migrants in Uganda.
