The Global Resource Systems Major invites first- and second-year GRS students to apply for the Global Food and Agriculture: China course that will take place in Summer 2017. Students will also have the opportunity to visit cultural and historically important sites to better understand China and its role in the world.

The trip will take place May 5th – May 18th, 2017. Students will earn a total of four credits for the pre-departure, trip to China, and post-trip course and will be led by Maggie Sprecher, Dr. Kevin Duerfeldt, and Dr. Shui-zhang Fei.
