GRS students, Dean Acker inducted into Cardinal Key

Earlier this semester, five Global Resource Systems majors – Rebecca Clay, Hannah Darr, Julie Perreault, Mikayla Sullivan, and Genna Tesdall – were inducted into Iowa State University’s Cardinal Key Honor Society.

Cardinal Key selects inductees that exemplify the four cardinal virtues of scholarship, leadership, academics, and service. Induction into the Cardinal Key is highly selective, recognizing one-half of one percent of the senior class and one-third of one percent of the junior class.

Additionally, Dr. David G. Acker, Dean and Associate Dean, Academic and Global Programs for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Raymond and Mary Baker Chair in Global Agriculture, was inducted into Cardinal Key at the same ceremony. Faculty and staff members who demonstrate outstanding leadership and service in university activities, whose scholarship is of high standing, and whose character is above reproach may be selected for induction.
