Global Resource Systems major Lincoln Wells is featured in the December 4 2014 edition of the Des Moines Register in the ‘Iowa View’ column.  Lincoln’s column is entitled “U.S. funds for HIV should be replenished”, and discusses the current state of US funding for countering the HIV pandemic.
