Global Engagement
Dr. Rosentrater developed led study abroad courses focusing on food systems and sustainability in France since 2014. Dr. Rosentrater has also developed and taught courses in food systems and sustainability abroad at Polytech Montpellier in France and ISARA Lyon in France, where he is an Adjunct Professor at both universities. Since 2011, Dr. Rosentrater has worked with many African countries to improve grain and food systems, specifically at the subsistence farm level. His work has included Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Tanzania, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, and Senegal.
